We are from Toronto, home of many bars all striving to be the "best". In Hamilton for the evening, I found this bar near our dinner choice. O M G is all I can say. I LOVE cocktails, and enjoyed two of the literally best...I have EVER had anywhere. Kyle and team are wonderful, and we learned so much. My Manhattan was made with brisket washed (yup) Knob Creek, and WHAT a unique flavour profile. Just STUNNING. Then I had their rum-based cocktail. I usually avoid rum cocktails because they all taste like you need to be on a beach to drink them. Not the Rum Rum Cynar! CRAZY good. This is a must-do.
