We haven't been to Red Lobster since 2 years ago. Now everything has changed! Food was bad and services very slow. It was a Wednesday evening and the restaurant was quite empty. The greeter was friendly and we got our table right away. However, it...took the waitress at least 20 minutes to greet us and it took her another 20 minutes to bring our water. I ordered the crab cakes and it tasted horrible, like rotten clams. I had to wait for awhile for the waitress to come and tell her it's uneatable. She offered to get a new one but I declined it. I had this horrible aftertaste in my month and had to wash down with water. Then the lobster bisque was too salty for my taste. I informed her and she said it's because of the cheese (?). For the fish and chips, the fish is ok but the chips are soft; McDonald's fries are way better. At the end of our meal, we had to wait a long time to get our bill. We usually finish our meal and are out of a restaurant in about an hour and this one took over 2 hours! We won't be going back.
