It is neat to see them work the ice cream on the freezing table (?name?!) they pour it out in front of you and work until it's cold and flat, then roll it up and serve in the cup. That's why it's called up rolled...up ice cream. The flavours are pretty good but as far as softness and creaminess of the ice cream itself, that's where it is lacking. A nice treat for something different, but not the same "creamy/silky" as other ice creams.
