We LOVE the Denman Street Nook but with covid it hasn't reopened so have been going to the Kits location which is also so wonderful with great ambiance. We were so disappointed with the Olympic Village restaurant. I feel like they've over stretched by opening...this new location and all the things we love about Nook like the service, the atmosphere and the food were all lacking here. I wrote in our reservation that we were celebrating our friends engagement and if something nice could be done at all for them. During the entire meal, the staff were very casual and kind of rude, we had to ask for the what the specials were for the evening and nothing was even said to our newly engaged friends nor done to help celebrate. Sad to see a good restaurant over expand to poor service. We won't be coming back to this location.
