We found this restaurant listed as one of the top 10 Japanese restaurants in Vancouver Canada. We arrived and was quickly greeted and seated. Recommended us the Hamachi and King Salmon sashimi was very fresh. Portions are huge! Started with sashimi, hot seafood miso soup...(delicious) with fresh fish draped on the edge of the soup bowl. Also order chicken karaga, kalbi short rib, vegetable tempura, vegetable garden roll, main street roll, and Haru sushi roll. My husband does not raw fish but I do! All the dishes were excellent. All prepared fresh. Least of my favorite was Haru roll which was wrapped by cucumber, but was refreshing. Service was excellent and I would definately recommend this restaurant as their preparation is outside the normal japanese. Highly creative. We had planned to order main dish but the servings were so generous we had no room left. Next time. You will not be disappointed. Open late till 1030pm.
