This was a great local diner. However, perhaps due to problems with hiring / retaining cooks or staff, the level of service at this establishment has really gone down. If you do not have a reservation, do not bother showing up. We were asked to...stand outside the restaurant, while there were tables available for us, because "kitchen was backed up". Any other restaurant would give a wait time; ie 20 minutes, 40 minutes to let the customer decide whether they are willing to wait. We waited for 40 minutes while tables were available while the staff kept stringing us along.
