The choices are mainly between various types of Bridge rice noodle soups, but all are delicious. Noodles, broth and 12 little dishes of ingredients are laid out for you to assemble. You can specify the level of spiciness, but the little dish of ground pork...also adds more heat. We also had the marinated beef roll. Yummy! There are cold versions of the noodle dishes and smaller versions for single servings. Also lots of exotic beverages and desserts. My husband, who’s been to China, says that the flavours take him back to his travels in Yunnan. I highly recommend this restaurant.
