This was my first visit to Provo FoodBar. Many of the pasta entrees looked interesting so I turned to the waiter to provide some recommendations. I am a big fan of gnocchi and was afraid I might be disappointed at a non-Italian restaurant so I asked the waiter. He recommended it suggesting that they had changed their recipe a couple of weeks earlier and it received good feedback. I have to say that it was the BEST GNOCCHI I've ever tasted. The texture was so smooth and it was light. Definitely home made! Thanks for your recommendation! An overall great experience!
