Like I said; I’m giving this Pho / Banh Mi place a try...as it’s almost the only one around this neighbourhood. Pho was nothing special, Ordered : #19 Large : the House Special, the broth was just ok a bit on the sweet side and...lack the beef flavour that we all come to expect from Pho. I had to say they didn’t skim on the beef though. 3/5 #28 : Seafood and minced Pork Rice Noodles (soup on the side), sorry totally not what I had expected, the noodles came out in a clump and cannot be separated, I did add a bit of soup to loosen it but still way too starchy to eat, it’s too bad, I was actually looking forward to it! Other places serve this dry toss noodles really well and the noodles are rinsed well to get rid of the extra starch in the noodles, hope they will improve!! 1/5 Spring Rolls with Crab & Pork : under done and not crispy at all the filling was just barely cooked, again too bad! This is one of my favourite Vietnamese items!! It’s really amazing sometimes how lack of competition can result even in a city where Pho shops are more then burger joints that it’s because of this particular neighbourhood this is the only one and they kind of take it for granted for the food quality they serve.
