We attended a corporate Christmas party at the WH. There were hay rides outside and stores open to shop at. The small town feel without all the bustle was awesome! We started with a tomato bisque soup (excellent) and then a salad (excellent) followed by...the main course of a complete turkey dinner. Initially, I was dreading a turkey meal so close to Christmas but the turkey was so moist and the stuffing & gravy very tasty. It was definitely delicious. The dessert buffet was yummy also for those who had room (I loved the cheese trays with stilton and brie with fresh fruit). Overall, everyone seemed to have a great time. They had several free giveaways (brunch at the hotel for 2 or 4, free entrance passes, etc) and that was a nice way to get colleagues interacting together over Christmas trivia. Very fun evening in a very nice setting.
