This picture would normally be all the proof a reasonable person would need to say "hey, we did FUNK up that order" because I ordered watermelon. But no. I have to bring it in, on my time for a refund. Not just when I drop...by next and they take my name. And when I said "could I just bring it by tomorrow" rather than drive all the way there AGAIN they literally laugh in my face. What is WRONG with these people? TERRIBLE customer service. My boyfriend and I came there at least once a week last summer. We literally made them RUN OUT OF WATERMELON FLAVOR and they won't even just take our word? We have to bring a soggy cup of liquid there. pffft. I let my boyfriend drink it cuz I hate cherry. He got it for me as a surprise treat otherwise I would have known right away it was cherry.
