Excellent products - really, couldn't be better! We selected a few different dried sausages and meats for a charcuterie board. Each one was perfect. There is so much choice and if you need help deciding, ask. The people there know their products. We had duck...carpaccio, wagu proscuitto and two French sausages - one with orange and one with lavender. A great combination. I love this place. It's actually pretty fairly priced as well.
