We were looking for some nice Mexican food and discovered this hidden gem just down the street from us. We checked out their on-line menu and found all kinds of tasty food so we put in an order and decided to walk down the street...to pick it up. We ordered a chicken burrito, chicken taquito, a mix of the quesadillas including the beef, the chicken, pork & pineapple and the chorizo with potatoes. We also ordered 2 of the Tacos de Guisado, one beef and one chicken. Our order was ready in about 30 minutes and the guy at the restaurant was very friendly. He even included a free piece of the 3 Leches Cake, which he said was from the owner. All of our food, and there was a lot of it, came to $45. I must say it was very tasty and the portions were quite generous. The cake was definitely the most delicious one we have ever had!!! The only thing I will say is that I had specifically asked for no tomatoes on anything but some of the food came loaded with tomatoes, so I had to pick it all off. But that’s a small complaint as the food was delicious, we couldn’t even finish it as the portions were so huge. Give them a try if your looking for authentic Mexican food - don’t be expecting Taco Bell. Highly recommended!!More
