After hiking all day, we decided to have dinner in our hotel. What a tremendous meal and great service. I had the caprese salad which was fresh sweet tomatoes with basil and fresh mozzarella drizzled with balsamic reduction. This came with ciabatta slices. Then I...had the spinach linguine, also excellent. We finished by sharing the brownie which was served warm with gelato. All delicious in a friendly atmosphere.
