We were here 5 years ago when it was called Bistro 101 and had been looking forward to returning. We loved it even more than the first time. We arrived a day early because I had it wrong on my calendar, but Matthieu, the maitre'd,...was able to accommodate us and a beautiful evening ensued. My wife started with a Trout Rellette which could be best described as a smoked trout pate served with housemade crackers. It was light, subtle and delicious. I had the duck croquettes but they didn't come close to the trout. For entrees, we had Baked Arctic Char and a Double Pork Chop. Both were superb but the smoked apple butter serve witg my pork chop took it to a whole new level. (WOW). Desserts, consisting of cheesecake and pavlova turned the dinner into pur decadence. Matthieu is a trained sommelier and a font of knowledge as well as being quite personable. Don't miss this gem of a restaurant.
