CIMA is an attractive restaurant with large windows (and sliding doors) which allow plenty of light to brighten up the space. The restaurant serves up some creative Italian fare but unfortunately fails to deliver consistently. My appetizer - the fried artichokes - were clearly cooked...in a deep fryer and were incredibly greasy as one cut into them. They were almost inedible. But the pappardelle pasta with barolo-braised beef was excellent - a decent portion, cooked just right with very savoury meat. The service was excellent and the prices fair.
