Loved this little tiny diner off the side of the road. The poutine was some of the best I've had in Quebec, crisp, slightly salty (but not too salty) fries, gravy that was deeply flavorful, and curds that were just the right amount of slightly...salty sweet. This establishment is run by a friendly family who chatted with us as if we were their neighbors, even though our French was limited. We opted to eat outside as it was a nice night. Very happy we tried out this little gem. Super authentic and tasty!More
