I am very upset with my experience and will regret my life that I ever visited this restaurant. I was staying at the hotel travel lodge and ordered my daily break fast from smitty's. On my second day, the manager name RON, took my order...and provided me my food with some pan cakes missing. I went to hotel room and realized my order was incomplete so, I came back and requested him to give me what was missing. I was shocked to see his behaviour on this. I was expecting an apology but instead he started confronting with me and yelling at me. His attitude turned extremely rude and started blaming me when I showed him his menu card and tried to remind him what I actually ordered. Not just this but he also provided me half cooked food and intimated me and tried to show me as I was lying. I mean who does that to customer. I have never seen some one yelling and swearing at customers like that. I have never been humiliated in my life like this before therefore, I left the food on their counter walked away without even getting any refund. I would never ever recommend this restaurant to anyone specially if this person is on duty.
