Huge mistake made either by person taking order, kitchen or both. Out of three people, two orders wrong. Left other order on table. Finished before other people received their food. Would have been much better if my food taken back and all brought out together!...Very poor decision after another. When bill came, no communication other than leaving bill. Matter of dealing with large mistake not dealt with. Matter of fact, staff leaving bill mentioned after that bill was corrected, giving impression one or more items, including beer had been removed. After checking bill, full amounts of all items ordered were on bill. Mentioned to staff, then in case like this, staff should inform customers what had been done. Not a matter of error made, which happens, but what business did to show good faith to customers. Was told we ate all the food! , I guess that means should be paid for in full, even if very bad actions took place. Informed the two staff now at our table, that never in over 34 years eating out in Vancouver anywhere has NOT the business, before presenting bill, informed customers what they did in adjustment. No one expects to eat for free. Huge error made. Informed bill was adjusted/changed and wasn't then told we ate the food even after again told staff what happened. Hope you close down. Worst experience since moving to Vancouver. Avoid dining here! Go to other Mexican restaurants using what ever app you use instead. Feel bad as I choose for company out of province. People running this place have no understanding of customer service and even make false statement about bill!More
