We were in Victoria for business on Saturday and stopped in Pho U for lunch. We ordered Bulgogi spicy. It came very fast, we ordered a medium heat. There was lots of food and it was certainly hot enough. Our waitress was very attentive. We...have eaten here before and always find quality at a good price.
