Enjoyed the Halibut fish and chips in January so was excited to return to try the Mahi Mahi fish tacos. Such a disappointment! They were actually inedible! They are filled over 3/4 full of shredded lettuce and then sprinkled on top with chopped tomatoes and...small pieces of chopped mahi mahi. The fish has such a strong displeasant ocean flavor that I eventually had to pull off the fish and just eat the lettuce and tomato tacos. There is no substance to shredded lettuce so you can't even pick them up without holding onto the waxed paper that is around them. I eventually gave up altogether. It wasn't until after I got home that I then realized that the menu said they have avocadoes on them but mine had none at all!! It got pretty busy quickly so our waitress never ever returned to ask how our meals were. Someone else brought our meals. She eventually came to remove our plates without even commenting why mine was still full of fish, lettuce and tortilla pieces. I absolutely love fish tacos at other restaurants where the fish is the main ingredient and THEN cole slaw added on TOP of the taco. I have always enjoyed the mild flavor of mahi mahi in Hawaii but this wasn't even close. Never a visible manager walking around the restaurant checking on things. Only servers and a bar tender.
