This interesting motorcycle apparel/diner definitely makes a very good Sandwich. I ordered their special Sandwich of the day. It was a Vietnamese inspired Chicken Banh Mi (Vietnamese Sub). The Sandwich came on a nicely toasted Ciabatta Bun. The lightly breaded and baked Chicken tenders, were...very mildly flavoured. What gave this it’s flavour explosion, was from the typically used Banh Mi Vegetables and the non typical Slaw on top. The spicy Mayo also gave this Sandwich the heat/kick, that is so common with Banh Mi’s. This Sandwich had all the flavour of a typical Vietnamese Banh Mi, with a non traditional take on it. I enjoyed it very much.
