What a charming little venue! The food is absolutely delicious, and this was the most affordable meal we ate the entire time we were in Victoria. It was a great time to spend with our family. The volunteers and staff here are so friendly and...as I said, the food was wonderful! I would absolutely return to Rudi's Tea House @ Cary Mews @ Government House. The most difficult thing is finding it with all the different listings, and physically finding it on the grounds. It's way down the winding driveway that loops around past the main house and the rose garden then down the hill.
