We make a point of dining at JJ’s at least once per school year. The VCC downtown dining room has nicely configured comfortable seating. The culinary arts students waiting tables are a treat to interface with as they are all trying their best to please....The menu has a daily 3 course special sheet plus a regular menu. An amuse bouche, choice of salads, entrees and dessert for $23 is a great deal. The food is always well presented and very tasty. Wine is also available. Worth dining here, make sure you call well in advance for a reservation. At times the restaurant is closed for a private function. Also, once a month the dining is buffet. JJ’s is a nice way to lunch - takes about 1.5 hours to allow time for the students to perform their duties.
