We shook our heads, marveling at Calgarian's need for heat, and walked into the empty interior of the bar, nestling into a couple of bar stools. The bartender greeted us with a smile, and we ordered two Pimms, the perfect compliment to a hot day. The bartender's name was Christine, and she was wonderfully engaging, informative, and entertaining. We had a great time, and Milk Tiger seemed to be the epitome of a great Calgary bar"""
