Last night, August 21 around 1am, I had ordered some food consisting of two mozza burgers, chicken fingers, and an apple turnover. The wait was long but that was expected due to how late it was. Once I left the drive-thru I noticed that I...was missing my apple turnover and was upset, unwilling to go back and wait in the drive-thru due to there being other cars and it was already a long wait in the first place. This incident would have not made me as mad except for the fact that the time I visited prior, at this location, they also messed up my order. I asked for the 2 for $5 wraps and some other items. I was then told that I had only paid for one wrap and she asked if I wanted two because she knew she messed up. I said it was okay because I didn't want to pay for the second one where she then asks me "so you want a second one?". So I ended up paying for two wraps, did not receive them for the discounted $5 total, and was left a little angry.
