We tried Formosa Restaurant as part of the Edmonton Heritage Festival 2020 and were highly impressed with the flavors and quality of food at Formosa. We had the fried noodles with pork and found the flavors absolutely delicious and the size of the meal was...very filling. We also tried the Gua Bao, which was a pork steamed bun and my son loved the freshness of the soft steamed rice bun and the flavor of the pork and seasoning were amazing! We will definitely visit Formosa Restaurant again! They also deliver throughout Edmonton using Door Dash.
