The quality of the meal was good, though not excellent. Selection on the menu and the wine list was quite limited. I ordered steak and it was accompanied only by a large portion of fries, with no veggies or salad or anything else. The prices were quite high, and there are much better restaurants in town at lower prices. The Palliser Hotel used to have one of the best offerings, but this is sadly no longer true. Perhaps limitations imposed by the virus are part of the explanation, but really this otherwise fabulous place needs to improve its performance.
