Okay...an update. The weather’s inclement but it’s done nothing to assuage the cravings for this pizza. So I brave the rain and the subsequent stupidity on the roads to fulfill a growling need. The usual pizzaiolo is not there slinging the dough. Instead it’s the...lovely Anna who, based on yesterdays creation, The Amalfi, is a master in her own right. The timing on this pizza...perfection. And with just the right amount of toppings. This is a sauce free pie but with the luscious pesto and olive oil marrying so harmoniously with the artichoke, olives, red onion and capicolla, you won’t miss their excellent sauce. Discovering Pizza All’Antica this past summer was a revelation. If you don’t know it already...let it be your Christmas miracle. FYI... take away service only.
