I'm allergic to a lot of preservatives used in sauces, etc that are common in Korean cooking, so when I eat out, I tend to avoid Korean - and that makes me sad because Korean food is wonderful. The Kitchen solved that problem for me....They really care about using fresh ingredients and home made sauces. They brought out bottles so that I could check labels, which I know doesn't make me an easy customer, but they were happy to accommodate and nothing included any of the preservatives that give me trouble. I had a great meal there and hope to get back there on my next trip to Vancouver.
