Food: We took the "amuse bouche" and were very disappointed: The bacon scallop pasta had no taste and we couldn't find the scallop. The bavette de boeuf arrived rare even though we asked for medium. We could't eat the sorbet because it was too frozen....The salmon tartare was the best dish of the evening but wasn't worth the $55 price tag. Service: When we were asked if we liked our dish we were honest and said we were disappointed. Our server was actually the Manager and she became very defensive: Her attitude was really unprofessional and it was clear she wasn't used to handling clients who weren't satisfied. It was clear that she told the rest of the staff that we didn't like our dish: From there we were ignored and completely did not feel welcome. Our evening ended by the Manager telling us that we didn't need to come back if we weren't satisfied. Very surprising since the restaurant was empty. We won't be back.
