We headed off to the well-located Pub Saint Patrick for our dinner (we had reservations). First issue was the menus - they require you scan your phone to read the menu. The card on our table didn't work on either of our phones. The server...couldn't get it to work on his either. he got another menu table card, and it also didn't work. So then he said we could wait for one of their tablets. So we sat there without menus. Crazy that they had no back up printed copies. finally a tablet was free, but the font was so small (and server couldn't enlarge it, like on a normal phone or tablet) so we could barely read it. We ended up each ordering burgers, as the whole thing was tiresome to try to read the menu. The servers were friendly. Burger was fine, but the accompanying french fries (which we had anticipated) were a big disappointment. they were so hard/crispy that we could NOT even get our fork into them - had to eat them with our fingers, and even then they literally were so hard we left most of them. As we left, we noticed people at the next table using the magnifier on their phone to try to read the menu off the tablet (as their phones also didn't work for the menu). For heaven's sake, get printed copies of your menu! We would not go back because of these two issues, despite good location and ambience.
