Never write negative reviews. Thas how awful this experience was. I feel I have to share this horrible visit. I'm regular customer with my friends coming to this lovely place few times a week last 4 years, since I live in West end location. Always...been happy and fully satisfied with service, great food, funky music and I love that atmosphere of the pub. reminds me my home town. However, last visit was my worst experience I ever had in vancouver and maybe in Canada in general!!! The waitress with green hair should really think about her self!!! She was incredible rud! Horrible service, she keep forgetting our drinks, she brought beer in broke glass, no smile at all, and it was difficult to get her. We was 4 people having fun. After another friend join us for one non alcoholic drink and she left. She charge as with 20% tips including!!!! I ill never ever pay her 20%for that terrible service! I make mistakes that i leave it, I should call her manager! I'm not stopping coming because of her, but she will never serve me and my friends again! EVER! And I do have a lot of friends coming in this lovely place. The management should consider her position.
