I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken. Food is cooked to order and therefore hot and fresh. There are two woks which limit the speed of the open kitchen to process orders. I noticed that the noodles, bean sprouts and chicken are all weighed out...to ensure consistent proportions. You can order your heat level: mild, medium, hot and extra spicy. I went for the medium and that was sufficient for my tastes. My only issue is that the pad thai was floating in sauce: way too much. After a while the noodles and sprouts become a bit monotonous. It really needed some vegetables for colour and texture.
