We went to Il Bazzali to celebrate a friend's birthday. The atmosphere is informal but welcoming, and the food was very good. We took the table d'hote which included five courses. On Sunday evening the price is 40 dollars which was really good value. There...were no complaints from any of us about the food, which included some interesting variations on some classic Italian dishes. The chef, Davide Bazzali, sings tenor while cooking, which is an interesting touch but maybe not to everyone's taste. The only issue we had was with the temperature in the restaurant. The kitchen is open to restaurant which is nice but the ventilation is inadequate and really needs upgrading.
