I enjoy my noodles. The concept behind this restaurant is interesting following a story how a wife would bring a meal to her husband crossing over a bridge each day but wanted to make sure it was fresh and hot basically. So you pick a...kind of protein to go with rice noodles and you get all these tiny side dishes which you self add to your soup. If it is your first time they will guide you if something should be added in a certain order first. Mid range in pricing but fairly good and I felt full. The service was a very good as there were very few tables coming in at their last hour.
