As good as Fairmont Bagels, possibly better. I say possibly because if you like your bagels heavily seeded (poppy or sesame), Ville Emard Bagels go heavy handed on the seeds. Which is fine with me. The real deal - If you look around the place,...you will realize you've fond the right place for the right stuff.
