My wife and I popped in for an early dinner. I have had two disappointing experiences at other Wild Wing locations around the city, but I figured I would give it one more try. Third times the charm, right? Nope. We were greatly promptly and...seated in a booth. It was a very tight fit and I am not that big of a person. Things started out well as our order was promptly taken, but never excelled beyond that point. First issue was the lack of waitstaff attentiveness. There were no less than six of them on the floor at a given time, with three being shared to either side of the restaurant. When I finished my drink, I was unable to flag down a server for a refill. Even though one of them kept circling the restaurant looking for a task to do, I was unsuccessful. When our food came, our server took our empties and said she would be back for refills. She returned in time for me to pay my bill. The food was so-so with portions being noticeably smaller yet again in less than a year. Worse yet, my fries were cold. If you are looking for quick service wings, I would advise you to try other places. There are many other options with a better value for dollar than Wild Wing.
