Kam Hans Avenida must have changed ownership or hired a new chef because the food has gone way downhill. We ordered takeout and the food was absolutely tasteless, the ginger beef was soggy and all the other dishes were not great. This used to be...our go to Chinese restaurant but not any more. As my husband said “it was a total waste of money “.
