Prince Restaurant dim sum is not served on moving carts, but by pre-ordering. This is done to have the dim sum freshly made to order, as it is a more high-end dim sum. We enjoyed the usual hai gow, shumai, chicken feet, tripe, tendon and...ribs. The highlight were the crab/scallop dumplings, deep-fried taro, crab balls, and custard "chicken eggs" Service was prompt and efficient and the bathrooms were immaculate.
