Happy Hour before dinner? Let’s GO! Everything looked so good and we limited ourselves to the chef’s selection of fresh oyster and their gringo salmon aburi. An amazing start to the meal and I enjoyed their hana (Bombay ?, St Germain, yuzu and egg white)....Next up is dinner and we had their supper club special (Mon-Thurs until 630). For appies, we had their ? aburi and upgraded to their Quebec foie gras. Definitely worth the upgrade as it was so rich and decadent (although I wished I saved some of their cheese and onion ?). Our mains were next and I loved their steak frites. An 8 oz cut of their rib eye “delmonico” which was seared to a perfect medium rare with ? and super tasty fries. We also had their salmon steak which paired amazingly to their peas and cauliflower purée. Stuffed but there’s always room for dessert! Their creme brûlée doughnuts were filled with vanilla custard and because of our anniversary, they went all out. The maple cotton candy with 24k gold, mini macarons and rich chocolate capped off an epic meal. Thank you @thevictorvancouver!More
