We had one prior excellent experience at the Civic (two years ago) but were hugely disappointed this time. There were two main issues: the restaurant was filled with a smokey stench from the kitchen and the new pasta dish was rubbery and flavourless. Hopefully these issues are only temporary. Service was impeccable.
