We were looking for a quick dinner before the Leaf's game last night and after being turned away by 3 restaurants we ventured into the Miller Tavern, At first glance, the place seemed full and were were expecting the usual "45 minute wait". Neil welcomed...us with a smile and reassured us that they would try very hard to accommodate us. Our wait was barely 10 minutes and were quickly escorted to a table. I joked as we walked through the restaurant that they were going to seat us in the kitchen and Neil responded with "you are at the chef's table". Our wait to be served wasn't long as Neil came by again (our server was busy with other tables) and quickly took our order. It wasn't long before we were enjoying a nice glass of rose wine while waiting for our meal. The meal was excellent and the service was top notch. We arrived at the restaurant at 6:00pm and made it to the game just in time for the puck to drop. Will definitely go back next time we are in the area. Thank you Neil and staff for helping to make this a great night in Toronto.
