I was pleasantly surprised how delicious Pho Phuong was!
I was pleasantly surprised how delicious Pho Phuong was! The clean modern decor was very inviting. Located in the West End of Toronto, Pho Phuong offered up sizable portions for reasonable prices. I thoroughly enjoyed my Beef and beef brisket pho, it was hot, beefy...and filling! The appetizer we shared was the butter and cayenne sauce chicken wings, they were superb! Eight for ten dollars, so not cheap but reasonable by Toronto standards. I know for Pho, I will be heading back Pho Phuong when I'm in the area!!More
