Absolutely horrendous. Do NOT dine here.Worst dining experience I have ever had in my entire life. The waiters and staff are extremely rude, food is cold, did not have any cutlery so had to start my meal using hands to pick small pieces off the...top as we were starving (finally cutlery arrived after we asked 10 minutes after the meals were provided) one person in my group did not receive their meal until we were all almost done. I cannot even begin to express in words how bad this place is. It is a shame the staff have no customer service training at all and seem to all have a chip on their shoulders towards unexpecting customers. It is extremely crammed in the restaurant so you are being elbowed by other diners the entire time, and the music is SO SO loud it feels like you are eating in a night club. I would not dine here again if you paid me too, let alone actually paying for the food and service (or lack of) here, and to be completely honest the customer service at McDonalds and any other fast food place is 1000x time better than here. At least you are acknowledged and not treated badly as here.Please don't do it , this place actually left me in tears compared to the smile i walked in with.
