Okay so my boyfriend and I placed an order from Cactus Club Yaletown on Christmas Eve. Since it was Christmas Eve, they were only doing takeout and deliveries until 4pm. So we had placed a pickup order to be ready for 3:55pm. I had order...3 items, the ravioli, lettuce wraps and the creole chicken. Unfortunately I did not double check the items before I left, so once I got home I realized the creole chicken was not in the bag. So I called the restaurant just about 10 minutes after they closed. Thankfully somebody picked up! I did not think anybody would pick up since there was no dine in and they had closed already. Explained over the phone what happened, and was informed they were going to turn everything back on and remake it for me. And then since I lived close by, the gentlemen who helped me named Tim ran it over and gave us a little extra. Honestly such wonderful service, and Tim was so awesome!! Highly suggest this location.
