When I visit Victoria, I like to go to De Dutch. However, after witnessing the crazy cook yelling and screaming several times now, I am quite frankly frightened to even go in there. I only know him by description so sorry about that but he...is a tall man with grey hair, horse teeth and a loud voice that echoes through the entire restaurant.
