Waited 50 minutes when restaurant was not busy to receive a burnt 2 lbs order of wings. They said they would give us a better batch and to eat what we wanted in the burnt plate of wings. We had 6 fries only in that...plate and ate these. The new plate that came back from the kitchen had 8 wings (that is supposed to be 2lbs? ) and no fries. I asked the waitress if that was 2 lbs as I am paying $26.99 for this plate. The manager came by and said it doesn’t look like much. We had ordered half salt & Pepper and half mild. The mild 4 wings were very spicy. The manager said that their mild wings are actually spicy. I responded that they have on the menu mild and medium and hot. Really, this does not make sense. They did not offer us compensation or anything else. I have been there in the past and it was good. I never complain about restaurant food and go out to eat regularly. This experience was the last I will have at this restaurant. The client service is horrible!!!! The bill was $52.64 (which included a pitcher of draft beer) and no tip. After 75 minutes we came out of there feeling hungry and frustrated!!!More
