We've been on the road for two months traveling through the United States and often good ethnic food is hard to find. Landing in Vancouver we vowed to seek it out and Akbar's was our choice. We were not disappointed. We had the combo appetizer...plate which honestly was enough food to feed the two of us, but we held a bit of appetite aside to do justice to Lamb Vindaloo. Succulent pieces of perfectly cooked lamb in a rich sauce that you could sop up with buttery naan. Really, how much better than that does it get?More
