The meal: 2 in 1 deep fried haddock and potatoes in flour and water batter. In Service: long wait. twenty minutes to brew a pot of tea. Presentation:indifferent. An overall small plate piled with potato chips and battered pieces of haddock, making it virtually impossible...to cut up the fish fillets. Ambience: Dark and gloomy dim lighting and hard seats. no evidence of mastery of cuisine.TNo baking , broiling or ceviche.The quality of the product is fine. The preparation of the product is adequate. The presentation of the product is appalling. Cost: $28:00 for fish and chips presented indiferently with no attention to cuisine is extortionate. We have no idea what their overheads are, but they seemed to to be top heavy with personnel. Emphasis on product to the exclusion of emphasis on people. Overrated. Should revert to a fish and chip takeout.
